Features
High and low voltage winding insulation materials is used Nomex® and applied with VPI vacuum pressure impregnation equipment, advanced agent-free varnish, external high-intensity H-class insulation seal, high temperature curing to ensure that no local discharges.
Great winding mechanical strength and thermal conditions. High and low voltage coils are used above 200°C in long-term use of Nomex® insulation with a continuous structure, to avoid causing high in the multi-layer cylindrical coil voltage, or poor heat dissipation, or easy thermal breakdown or low mechanical strength, therefore product reliability is greatly improved.
